The East Harris County Empowerment Council was back in the community again to offer comprehensive disaster recovery resources at one single event so that community residents can learn about the help available to them. Project Recovery Harvey helped folks fill out their pre-applications for assistance and spoke about the program with 30 attendees. We thank East Harris County Empowerment Council for hosting the Harvey Recovery Tours that served to benefit many members of the community.
