A delicious baked potato and salad lunch kicked off mid-morning bingo at the Crosby Community Center in Crosby. The Director of the center made sure that everyone was aware that Project Recovery was available to help people fill out their pre-applications. We assisted in filling out pre-applications and shared flyers with all 55 in attendance. The community center is placing flyers at multiple locations so as to make sure as many people know about the program as possible. Be on the lookout for the Project Recovery team that will be back again at Crosby Community Center next week for the third East Harris County Empowerment Council Harvey Recovery Tour event on Saturday, July 20 from 10 AM to 1 PM.
